I have to start this post by admitting a secret to you all. I am not the best at eating my veggies( I fake it in front of my kids). I have major issues with texture and my parents let me be fairly picky growing up.
I love to eat healthily and know how to eat healthily but definitely, fall short in the veggie area. In comes the spinach smoothies! They help me achieve higher veggie servings.
