Having a little one who is not a good napper can be really tough on the whole family. Naptime can be such a great break for mom and dad or whoever is looking after your little one that day. Swaddling is an old tradition that is commonly used today to make a baby feel secure and to help the baby sleep. Hospitals swaddle, doctors offices recommend it, and other moms swear by it!
